I believe those are good for whenever you choose to use them in the
future, provided that they're the multi-day kind (I think there actually
is a note about usage on the back).

You might want to check out some of the travel books. That's what I've
been doing for my own late November trip.
Weatherwise, it seems to be one of the better times of year (much less
rainfall, so probably far less humid). Personally, I intend to start
subscribing to Mercury Mail's Weathervane service for the Orlando area
about a month prior to my own travels (http://www.mercury.com)
According to Birnbaum, Christmastime is one of the busier times.

According to Birnbaum (again), they are open, unless they're performing
refurbishment, which he says is likely in November and December. If they
are open, the hours may be shorter and they may be closed due to inclement
weather.
