Fair enough.  I can agree that it was a mistake on my part.  I should have
acted more quickly resolve the problem or zeroed out my number per the Z1C
instructions.  However, I believe the lag time did not exceed more than a
few weeks before I did zero out the number.

I worked in the ISP business before.  Many small to medium sized providers
no longer directly provide dial up services; they have started outsourcing
it to the telcos as more people turn to broadband.  Given this may vary,
area to area, the trend is apparent nonetheless.

You can chose to believe what ever you wish.  It is not my place or desire
to try to convince you.  All that matters is that when you did finally
express an interest to join the region, it was handled promptly, just like
I stated it would.
