Hello Ivy,
I am still try to figure out all the functions also. Such as the use of
the SECONDARY tracking station and the TARGET (not PRIMARY) satellite.
While the primary satellite is the only 'bird' that has it detailed
tracking data displayed, you can get the other configured 'birds'
displayed real-time on the various graphic maps.
Try setting the following option:
From the main menu press:
F10 Set STSORBIT PLUS Program Options and Features
then select:
F3 Select Display Features
then toggle F2 to the option of 'BOTH' like shown:
Program STSORBIT PLUS
Space Shuttle and Satellite Orbit Simulation
Version 9736
Current time: 09:33:47 EST 14:33:47 UTC
Current date: 06 DEC 1997 06 DEC 1997
F1 21x21 Select Satellite Icon Size: 15/21 pixels
F2 BOTH Display TDRS and Real Time Satellites
F3 ON Display Additional Map Grid Lines
F4 OFF Display Tracking Stations
F5 BOTH Display Ground Track: DOTS/LINE
F6 BOTH Display Local/Satellite Circles of Visibility
F7 ON Display South Atlantic Anomaly Zone
F8 ON Display Terminator, SUN, and Spacecraft Lighting
F9 ON Display Map Locations and Features
F10 ON Display Lakes and Rivers
Send me e-mail if this is not what you are asking to do. The software
author has e-mail and WWW page that is list in the docs that might be
helpful.
Now if I could just have every hooked up and turn on for the good
passes. :-)
