This might be the source of your problem. If the card is a PNP PCI card,
check your motherboard's IRQ settings and set all "legacy" cards (non-PNP)
IRQs to that type. I found a problem with PNP operating systems switching my
SCSI cards IRQ after the system booted to an IRQ that was in use, thus
crashing the system.
To get more info on the video drivers look at the syslevel.vid file, or run
syslevel from an OS/2 command prompt session (windowed or full screen).
