  That's from the meme, where this guy is out in the backyard in his
night clothes, holding a pillow. His wife is glaring at him out of the
bedroom window.

  The guy is standing in front of this desk, that has office supplies
(adding machine, computer, paper, etc.) on it. At the desk in a chair,
wearing spectacles, is the dog...and all of this is in front of the
doghouse!!

  The dog asks the man "Good evening, sir!! Will you be our guest for
just one night only?? Or, will this be your usual extended stay??" .
