Not really, nor do I see its relevance.

What about it?
More to the point, why does anyone care where people choose to get
their mail -- so long as they don't start creating dupe loops to
others.

Perhaps they get some of their mail from Z3? How would you know?

No argument there, but what does that have to do with getting mail?

Fair enough -- but what does the nodelist have to do with that?
Oh, BTW, from a message from xxCarol in this same packet, not all Z6
nodes get all their mail from Z1 as you claimed. The fact that they
choose to get most of their mail from Z1 connections does not mean
that they are totally dependent on Z1 for mail as you claimed.
