      Title: Pizza Roll-Ups
 Categories: Five, Beef, Breads, Cheese, Herbs
      Yield: 24 servings
 
    1/2 lb Ground beef
      8 oz Can tomato sauce
    1/2 c  Shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/2 ts Dried oregano
     16 oz (2 tubes) refrigerated
           - crescent rolls
 
  In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no
  longer pink; drain. Remove from the heat. Add the tomato
  sauce, mozzarella cheese and oregano.
  
  Separate crescent dough into 8 rectangles, pinching
  seams together. Place about 3 tablespoons of meat
  mixture along 1 long side of each rectangle. Roll up,
  jelly-roll style, starting with the long side lined with
  filling. Cut each roll into 3 pieces.
  
  Place, seam side down, 2" apart on greased baking
  sheets. Bake @ 375§F/190§C for 15 minutes or until
  golden brown.
