I do NOT know if this same registry entry is the same for XPPro, or Win2K.
Just looked on this machine (XPPro), and the registry entry is different,
it's part of the Windows Components area.

So for XPPro/Win2k, use GPEDIT.MSC to make the entries per up stream instructions.
