      Title: Pineapple Casserole
 Categories: Five, Fruits, Desserts, Breads
      Yield: 8 servings
 
      1 c  Sugar
    1/3 c  A-P flour
      2 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
     20 oz Can unsweetened crushed
           - pineapple; drained
     20 oz Can unsweetened pineapple
           - chunks; drained

MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING-------------------------------
  2 1/2 c  Crushed Ritz crackers
    1/4 c  Butter; melted
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  In a large bowl, mix sugar and flour; stir in cheese.
  Stir in both cans of drained pineapple.
  
  Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. In a small
  bowl, mix crackers and butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake,
  uncovered, 30-40 minutes or until topping is brown and
  cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes.
