Oh, guess greys are out then! Amazons are clowns, and lovely
mimics, but they do have that screaming problem. Almost bought
one before i got my Grey (the lady told me he only screamed
"once in a while"). But the neighbors told me she kept him in
the garage and he screamed constantly. I would too if kept in a
garage, but that wouldn't have worked around here. Have you seen
my posts about Lories? Have seen them in pet stores... they are
so delightful... such little hams, always active and hanging
upside down, acrobatic and they talk too. Macaws are gorgeous.
Do you have a particular sub-species in mind? My favorite is
the greenwing.
