DOS only.  Telix doesn't run under OS/2, and anyway, the user
can figure out esoteric configurations for themselves.

But not in the TinyPoint batch file apparently...  Which is
another thing you might want to add, something that copies
the incoming packets into a temporary directory for backup.

Yeah.  I don't think all the stuff about fascist sysops is
relevant anymore, and Brenton probably doesn't want new
points to send him mail either.  I think the program has
matured to a "serious" state now.
