I can't believe the number of things that conspire together to make the
best laid plans of mice and men, and me, stuff up. No is the short
answer. :-(

I hope it's learnable. I guess after she's had her full licence for a
while I'll get her to take one of those advanced driving courses, just
to know what happens to the car in problem situations and hopefully to
pick up some of the anticipation skills and, as you say, attitude to the
other road users.
