 DB->The program will auto-update its config files from the TLE format.

Perhaps, however the Keps and the .TLE do NOT contain information which
the program REQUIRES to track a bird as a secondary.  This info MUST be
in a block in the top of STSPLUS.SCF or it will NOT track a sat as
anything BUT the primary!  Yes, it can track anything you have Keps for,
and yes you can track up to 32 birds at once, but you CANNOT track more
than one that doesn't have that special line in the .SCF file, and the
info in the .SCF is _N_O_T_ contained in the Keps!!!  I have been asking
in half a dozen echos for a couple of weeks, "How can I get it to track
(for instance), Mir AND Sputnik Jr, AND Oscar 1 AND Oscar 2, AND RS-10/11,
AND RS/12. AND RS-13 _AT_THE_SAME_TIME???  I _KNOW_ the program is capable
of tracking up to 32 birds at one time, but certain info is required in
the .SCF for each sat, and that "special info" is _NOT_ in the doggone
Keps!  I ask about it and people tell me, "Get the Keps."  "Get the
Keps."  They have even netmailed and crashmailed me the Keps until I have
Keps running out of my ears, but nobody (but myself), seems to have
figured out that in order to track MORE than one bird at a time,
something BESIDES "what's in the Keps" is REQUIRED to be in the .SCF file
or you can't track a sat as a SECONDARY, and that info is NOT in the darn
Keps!
 
Sorry if I sounds a bit frustrated here, but IT AINT ALL IN THE KEPS!
