A day or so after I wrote this, a Hagar The Horrible joke appeared
in the local rag. Large black-clad heavily armed executioner type
person tells Hagar: "Your J.B. tax is due." Hagar asks "WTH is a
J.B.tax??" LBCHAETP replies: "A Just Because tax."

I think this one deserves to become immortal. Please spread it
around.
