Absolutely.  That was my plan 'A' (with you as an NC, though), however
Malcolm wants to make you an RC and that's fine as we have a spare region
(number) that could be resurrected.  Since he compiles the Z3 nodelist
we'll have to play it his way.

We're all sitting on the fence waiting for the dissolution of your zone, on
your go-ahead.  When the time comes just submit a region segment to Malcolm
using Region 850 as your starting point.

I had already skipped them within about 15 minutes, in the areas I read. 
The dupes are still there and my node's software can't touch them, just as
everyone else has discovered.  No great drama.  I had a note back from
Robert where he said he's copping all sorts of crap, and I feel sorry for
the guy.
