Did you try SpHydir (http://pclt.cis.yale.edu/pclt/sphydir/sphydir.htm)? It
is a HTML editor allowing you to produce HTML and IPF at the same time. May
be you can read in the HTML file and save it again. You will need to create
an empty *.ipf file with the same name as the HTML file in order to enable
this function.
