Thats what I have to get his attention over.  It makes no sense to make me
an ¨RC when we know I'm leaving too, August or so this year.  It just
leaves you ¨folks having to shift in another and in a segment where there
isnt one (Unless ¨we can get Terry interested again, he'd be a natural if
you folks could live ¨with an ION RC).
