Thanks to John Logothetis, I now have a new version of HPFS386.
FREQ LS30HPFS.* to get it.  I'm running it now, and it looks
fine to me.  I've set it up with a 4 meg disk cache.  I've also
got a 4 meg FAT cache and a 2 meg CDROM cache and a 1 meg
VDISK, so total extravagence = 4+4+2+1 = 11 meg, out of 20 meg,
leaving 9 meg for programs + OS.  That should be enough.
