The "bonehead" did consider things like that, Glenn; and is well
familiar with the scenario. Obviously, if you are on the way to
a meet or in a no danger situation, there's no need to record. My
point was that if your security requires your radio transmitter to be
"ON", then a defense attorney is going to argue that the recorder
should have been "ON" at the same time and especially at all times when
the subject of the recording was present or talking.
