G'day david,

On 18-11-94 02:26, david begley said to Jeff Green

JG>> To those who are interested (Paul & david), I just received

JG>> the update/bugfix CD-Rom (10.0A) from Watcom by mail. If

JG>> you haven't already registered, now might be a good time.

db> Yeah, I got the 'ROM too - *after* I'd FTP'd, downloaded and

db> applied the 5Mb patches. Damn it! :-)

I was lucky. I'd read that some people (in America) were getting the bugfix
'roms by mail without even asking. I decided to wait and see before ftping
'em.

db> Also have the entire printed documentation suite sitting here -

 db> well worth it, IMHO.

I couldn't afford it :-( Oh well, I suppose I don't miss it mainly because
I never had it.

db> Now, that's *two* companies that do the right thing and send you

db> bug fixes in an unsolicited manner (Lotus being the other one).

Yep. I just wish Lotus would release AP3.0b in Australia!!

db> Gotta figure out a good use for my "spare" WATCOM CD, now. :-)

I had the same thought myself $$$$ :-)

Regards...Jeff

... The mistake you make is in trying to figure it out.
