Hello Jeff,

JT> Must be that WHOLE christmas cake I ate the other day. All that sugar
JT> can't be good for you.

JG> And the two bottles of rum in it didn't have any affect I suppose?

Oh, that's why. It didn't have any booze in it. That explains everything.

JT> And the saucepan full of pasta in the same day too. Just as well I didn't
 JT> put on any weight...

JG> I wish I could still eat like that. Nowadays it's, eat a biscuit, put
 JG> on two kgs! :-(

I used to be like that once apon a time. In the past week, I've been eating
heavily every day, and put on two kilos. The plan is to loose the 10 odd
kilos I've put on in the past couple of months. I've purposely let myself go
with intent on removing stress in as many areas as possible for the purpose of
gain in others.

I can always loose the weight when I come good. I have before, and can again.
I never look at it as a yo-yo struggle, that only serves to make it worse. The
more you worry about that biscuit turning into a spare tire, the worse it ends
up being in the long run.
