Don't think you will find anyone here who will believe you had any trouble
contacting me if you wanted to.  Especially in knowing that you are fully
capable of operating a binkp mailer and initating connections with it
directly.  And, need I mention that alternate forms of communication have
been advertised on my signature (like the one below) for some time now?

R19 has listed several at least a few other nodes since around the time you
relocated.

Lets face reality:

How many nodes in Z1 that are listed POTS, and still answer, do you see? 
The majority of Fidonet (at least in Z1) is now IP.  IP is too convenient
that nobody finds any use to retain POTS.  For the two some odd years my
POTS line was working full time the only calls it recieved were from those
NCs in R19 that are both POTS and IP capable such that their POTS mailer
would occasionally see a bundle before the IP mailer and would deliver it
that way.  Otherwise,... nothing.  So, sadly enough, as time went on, it
got watched less and less... and until I am done with my remodeling
project, will remain zeroed out.
