Well, I haven't bothered looking under Windows' skin yet (and likely never will), but if GPFs are any indication, I'll take your word that lots of weird shit is going on with memory allocation. I was always apprehensive about OS/2, but 15 months of using 2.1/2.11 has virtually convinced me that I've been worrying unnecessarily. I promise you Brenton, no matter how hard I try, it's next to impossible to crash OS/2 to the point of the PC needing a reboot (or reset). To balance what sounds like rabid zealotry, I've also been using native Win31 a fair bit lately, and GPFs aside, it has no general feeling of robustness whatsoever, and if (or when) it crashes, it sadly comes as no real surprise. WFWG may well be better, but until Windows95 is released, I'm no longer prepared to entrust my critical data to apps which require Windows to run. It's a pretty sad state of affairs in 1994, IMO.
