BA->The NorthStar Horizon also uses hard sectored floppies.

BA->If you just want to use the HS floppies, the Apple II can use either hard
BA->or soft sectored floppies - it ignores the sector holes.

That'd be cool in a way.... In theory you should be able to re-program a
Commodore 1541 or 1571 to do the same, and you could buy an adapter to
plug it into an IBM compatible computer and write the disk that way...
But the northstar I had years ago was 8" floppies....

BA->FWIW I have a Xerox 8080 based machine that uses 8" floppies, and I
BA->also have a CDC Z80 based machine (it has 3 processors and a touch-
BA->sensitive screen) that also uses 8: floppies. Neither of them has a
hard BA->drive, but both of them have two floppy drives.
   That'd be interesting.... A Touch screen on a CP/M with 8" floppies!
Wow!
