who made the claim at Bell, the
       Sarnoff Award to the Manager who organized the Transistor=20
Laboratory, and for the ORIGINAL
       AT&T: Hundreds of Billions of Dollars in undeserved profits.=20
AT&T and its following
       proliferated the WORLD over this strange tale, and for 50 years=20
there was nary a challenge, until
       little American Computer noticed in its quest to unearth new=20
technological devices which might
       benefit its Computer Products, the rather unusual discrepancies=20
between the Bell account, and the
       laws of Physics, in a way no one had ever bothered to question=20
(or, in fact, dared question)
       AT&T before. Initially, AT&T's response was to POOH-POOH the=20
entire event. However, now,
       =A0 ACC's recently having raised the allegation that the=20
Transistor was NOT developed by AT&T
       and Bell Labs originally AT ALL, with considerable PROOF in=20
ACC's corner, has suddenly
       resulted in an unanticipated move by AT&T: the now more than=20
rumored merger of the BELL
       LABS facility with SAIC (allegedly a parent of the Network=20
Solutions Group which administers
       the InterNIC for the National Science Foundation) - perhaps a=20
disappearing act destined to
       eliminate any linkage between AT&T, Lucent and a Bell Labs=20
whose reputation may never recover
       from these Earth Shaking allegations of FRAUD, CONSPIRACY,=20
FALSE ADVERTISING,
       MISCONDUCT IN SCIENCE, MISCONDUCT IN RESEARCH, GOVERNMENT=20
CONTRACT
       FRAUD and OTHER FRAUDs by AT&T ...=20
       This move by AT&T Labs (in essence only a legal one that=20
appears to deflect legal liability away
       from its own AT&T Labs and Lucent's Lucent Labs) -- if it is=20
completed by AT&T and SAIC,
       would tend to separate AT&T from Bell Labs by means of what=20
appears a legally defensive and
       self serving 'misdirection' via the old 'Corporate Shell Game'.=20
       ACC has correctly pointed out that the Transistor is completely=20
unlike the Diode, doesn't even
       operate by the same physics or electronic principles, is made=20
of a combination and formula of
       materials whose composition is so rare and 'not found on Planet=20
Earth without a huge chemical
       and experimental warehouse which would have had to have=20
operated for decades until it
       discovered such a device in 1947', that it seemed more likely=20
that the device came from some
       super secret government project. Such might have been the=20
acquisition of Nazi science works
       from World War II. Or even from Crash Debris off of an alleged=20
Alien Space Craft that may have
       crash landed in or near Roswell, New Mexico and/or another near=20
Corona, New Mexico in the
       1947 time period. Those alleged crashes took place 6 months=20
prior to the December 1947
       announcement internally at Bell, and the public announcements=20
in June of 1948 that a 'Transistor'
       was "invented" by Bell Labs scientists. That FAMED=20
announcement, is now, after nearly 50
       Years, on the very verge of complete disproof, if not=20
extinction to the very Labs it emerged from
       in December of 1947 and June of 1948.=20
       Allegations of any similarity between the Germanium Diode and=20
the Bell Transistor are now being
       viewed by many as being 'so far fetched' that they no longer=20
are acceptable: if the two devices
       were, as Bell Labs alleged, one and the same 'by effect', the=20
United States Department of
       Commerce Office of Patents and Trademarks would never have been=20
willing to issue fundamental
       patents to AT&T on the Transistor during the 50's - for you can=20
not patent an Old Device (like the
       Diode) as if it is a Newly Invented one - the Transistor - such=20
is PATENT FRAUD - and violates
       the very most basic tenant of the concept of Patenting. And,=20
the Nobel Prize Committee would
       never have awarded its most prestigious prize in physics to=20
Scientists who produced what was not
       an entirely NEW type of component in the Bell Transistor.=20
Furthermore, at the present time, it
       appears as if AT&T has worse problems yet: all the companies=20
who paid Millions to license the
       Transistor each year for so many years the world over - how is=20
AT&T going to pay back all the
       undeserved money it may have stolen from what may have been a=20
gullible, hungry international
       technology business community of the 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's=20
? Are so many businesses even
       willing to consider they were 'TAKEN' for so lengthy a HAY RIDE=20
?=A0=20
       In fact, as time has progressed, more and more discoveries are=20
being made about the rather THIN
       FACADE surrounding the Bell Transistor, that the History=20
painted by Bell Labs and AT&T is now
       no longer than even slightly believable.=A0 An unbelievable world=20
shaker has emerged from tiny,
       talented American Computer, itself apparently a descendent of=20
the original Bell System, having
       been founded by ex-AT&T'ers.=20
       ACC's research has now begun to focus on a huge microfilm and=20
digital library of the US
       Government, provided ACC by the Department of the Army and the=20
National Archives, relating to
       the transfer of military and scientific materials from defeated=20
NAZI Germany in the 1940's, which
       ACC intends to use to establish proofs that the alleged Bell=20
Transistor did not come from NAZI
       sources.=A0 Recent disclosures of the Applied Physics Laboratory=20
records, have established that the
       APL and its related lab, Sandia National Labs, DID NOT have=20
access to any real Transistors of
       any kind until a year or two AFTER the June 1948 announcement=20
by Bell of the existence of the
       Transistor to the Public.=A0 Similar studies of major corporate=20
databases, Raytheon, RCA, GE,
       Motorola, Sarnoff Research and others, by ACC have yielded the=20
same results: NO PRIOR
       TRANSISTOR research their either.=A0 Study of AT&T's documents=20
has also indicated that there
       was, aside from the disprovable anecdotes of AT&T scientists=20
falsely claiming Germanium Diodes
       were the forerunners of the Transistor: there was ABSOLUTELY NO=20
PRIOR RESEARCH into
