Howard... you need to check your facts... there is no FIDO rule that requires 
a sysop to have a BBS running at all. Many do, but it's not necessary. All 
that's required is that a FIDO capable mailer be online during ZMH. .. that's 
one hour a day.
This node ran for a number of years as a mail only node infact.
