I think the $300 kit included everything but the cabinet including a
silkscreened, chrome plated chassis.  I'm going with a generic Hammond
steel chassis for about $17.  I'll build the cab myself.  The $100 kit
included fiberboard, all the pots, jacks, tube sockets, fuse holder,
pilot light, switches, caps, resistors, and wire.  IOW, everthing
electrical but the tubes & trannies.
