EM> I think your screwed. I think Quake will kick the **** out of Duke.

EM> he doesnt move at all. I still like Duke and all but when Quake come
EM> will not have a slight chance. From the pictures i've seen of Quake
EM> looks better. I cant wait for Quake to come out. Well, I just though
EM> tell you how I felt, thanks.
I know what you mean. Duke just didn't have any 100% fresh elements in
it. I looked as lots as the features as gimmicks. If I were stuck on a
desert island...no, make that a tropical island. Anyways, if I were
stuck on a ISLAND with a pc and a choice for the only game I could play
being between doom and duke3d I would choose doom. Duke's charm is
short lasting and doesn't make up for a classic game (an iD game in
this case). I've heard my friend say that the beta version of quake was
already better than duke 3d. Even though I haven't even played quake
yet, i am 100% percent sure it is better than duke nukem 3d. Duke Nukem
wasn't even that cool in the first place.
