oh. problems are of course:

  a) SOM setup. VACPP sets up SOM 2.1.1 but SOM 2.1.4 is current SOM level
and WARP4 ships with SOM 2.1.2 + a smallBugFix. 
     you should put VACPP pathes to end of pathes in config.sys
 problems will we: some SOM apps under WARP4 will not work anymore.

  b) DECOMP.EXE does not work anymore. this results in problem with
installing fixpacks under WARP4 for VACPP.
