Looks good, taste wrong!   That will PRODUCE DUPES in the system and a
good packet verifier will kick it out.

Take a look at the PATH statement.  Addresses:

       201/505
       201/300
       203/600

are all missing from the SEEN-BY list.  Looks like those 3 node's exporters
are not correctly updating the seen-bys.
