Fuck due process, minor nuisances > like Law and a fair trial, fuck the fair, fuck even the kangaroo > court set up in Cuba... let's just shoot the bastards. ..[].. > Or is it just me...? Nope. It's not just you. I think the real problem is that the film media just love to show footage of war, because it is great for ratings. Unlike most scandals. this leaves the print media to follow, instead of taking the lead. The film media want the carnage to continue so they can keep getting viewers, so they promote the carnage, and support the governments. They don't ask any questions, they just show the footage of the battle, and the only talking heads they show are those left standing, who invariably start mouthing off with their propaganda. As both print, and film media actually support each other, to keep their ratings/sales high, no-one is game to actually ask the question. As you already know, these guy's did nothing wrong. In their own country, what they did was legal. Sure, they may have twisted the laws, or even written them to ensure that this was the case, but that is really irrelevant. At the time, they were the law makers. The real problem that the Americans have, is that if they try to subject these people to a trial process, they can't charge them with anything, therefore they will just do what is right, and kill them. I'm a little surprised that no-one in any form of media has really started to ask any questions.
