Yeah - by their corporate customers and not by their hobbyist customers.
I know that there have been those of us who have offered to buy the rights
to the source code to PX/Wins to keep it updated, but Hector either refuses
or just doesn't answer his emails.

Hey, one of my other systems is a Telegard/2 system running under ArcaOS
5.0.2 Professional :)   It's even accessable via telnet and has the latest
FrontDoor for OS/2 picking up the calls and transferring them to TG/2 :)
