      Title: Dutch Meatloaf
 Categories: Meats, Main dish, Londontowne
      Yield: 6 servings
 
  1 1/2 lb Ground neat
      1 c  Breadcrumbs
      8 oz Tomato sauce. w/onions
      2 tb Mustard
      1 tb Vinegar
  1 1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
      2 tb Brown sugar
      1    Egg
 
  Mix meat, breadcrumbs, 1/2 tomato sauce, egg, salt & pepper. Shape
  into loaf. Combine remaining ingredients with 1/2 tomato sauce. Pour
  over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes.
