No, absolutely not. If you change the TOPIC, the old thread chaining stops
and a NEW TOPIC and thread begins. Sorry :-)

With your thinking, you want to see the ENTIRE HISTORY of MAIL in one big
tremendously huge MAPPING tree.  Nonsense!   You change the TOPIC, your
intentions are then to begin a NEW THREAD with the OLD crap out of the way.

hmmmmmmm, now that you put it this way, there is NO WAY for someone to
START a new TOPIC and THREAD with your MSGID/REPLY thinking.... hmmmmmm,
very interesting. I better put a option in Silver Xpress for this.

I read your message and you're right. Its all cool and works. But the
bottom line if you intentionally change the TOPIC, and your MSGID/REPLY
system doesn't honor that. Whose right?

Look at it this way.   What is more meaninful to a user in the Silver
Xpress mail door?

      A)  Pack up selected THREADS by searching all the MSGID/REPLY
      B)  Find mail based on KEYWORD searching.

Which one will you do?
