Has he?  I thought they went back again, after everybody told Paul how
important it was to remap incorrectly addressed mail.

It's both, actually.  QWK is, and has been, an abortion for years, and
because the current "standard" is now so firmly entrenched, I
despair of it ever changing for the better.  It's a bit like Windows,
actually.  |-)
