  Kofi Annan, the Secretary General of the United Nations, was deep in 
discussion with George W Bush abot the impending invasion of Iraq.
  "Tell me, George," says Kofi, "what makes you so certain
that Iraq and 
Saddam Hussein have weapons of mass destruction?"
  "Oh, we know, Kofi," says George.
  "But how can you be so absolutely certain?" Kofi continues.
"Remember, if 
this war starts, it's going to lead to hundreds if not thousands of deaths, 
and they could be innocent deaths if you are not sure there are weapons of 
mass destruction in Iraq. Are you sure you're certain?"
  "Oh, we're certain, alright," says George, "and we have
copies of the 
invoices to prove it."
