I recently got my hands on a very old, very decreped austin Minny.  A 
very good mechanic gave it to me just cause he has 4.  He said he would help 
me as much as he could to get parts, etc.   I was wondering if anyone out 
there could give me some advice on it.  I want to make it very fast but not 
insane.  I want it to corner well, look good, etc.  
        If you have one or know a lot about them could you tell me a good 
engine size and maybe some good parts to get.  For a car like this could i 
get modern suspension and stuff like that or would i have to get the old 
stuff.  if i can use newer parts, what parts?  what parts, systems could i 
upgrade without signifcant cost.  I want it to be as nice as a show car but i 
don't want to go to nutz, it would be one of those cars you take out only on 
a sunny day and you still wash and wax it everyday.
        I don't know anything about minnys yet and am trying to get an idea 
where i want to go with it.  i think it is a late 70's but other than that i 
don't know much about it.  I relize this is a pretty broad topic.
