     Well, Dean sold Casey - probably a vengeful thing...but he ended up with 
a TERRIFIC home, well-loved by a family, and lives in a backyard now.  So it 
would only be TWO horses.
     In Phoenix, if you have 10,000 square feet and no deed restrictions, you 
have horse privileges.  No restrictions on how many but most places in the 
neighborhood have 3 or 2.
