CH> While that is probably good advice; it is not always the

AR>Out of curiosity, what circumstances would that be?
CH> One example: You are stopped by an officer who discovers

CH> assuming you are carrying within the terms of your concealed
CH> weapons permit?
Different completely. For one thing you are not going
to face a civil trial from the officer because you
injured him mentally by having a concealed firearm.
Now if the fecal matter hits the fan and you have to
use deadly (or even LTD) force you face a lot more and
sever problems if you say the wrong thing than at
almost any other time.
I say again; If you ever fire a weapon the only thing
you say to the police or anyone else is "I exercise my
right to refuse to answer any questions until I have
legal council." or "Lawyer, I want my lawyer, where's
my lawyer, lawyer, lawyer, LAWYER."
