I can't help but wonder if this sort of language comes straght from the
Redmond Play Book.  Biermann used to use the word "lie" for any
statement that he found factually inaccurate too, back on Canopus. These
guys can't seem to distinguish between lies, inaccuracies, conjecture, and
simply being mistaken.
