I don't have any code snippets,  but I think the proper way to do this
(and, if I am not mistaken,  this is the way Vispro C does it for you) is
to have a fixed size client window,  and move the controls (in unison)
around a little bit at a time (WinSetMultWindowPos) -- thus making the
appearance that the client window is larger and the controls are stuck to
it.
