Probably rcmd or rexec from the reskit will work on XP to give you an
encypted command line like ssh but I don't know how tough the encryption

Ultimately, this will probably be for an embedded XP that does not have a
graphical shell, so I don't think Remote Desktop is an alternative.

     Remote Desktop is an option is you have Windows XP Professional.
