If no one is working on Telegard anymore, is there a way we can get the source 
code, or GPL the source code so we can take Telegard into the future?
It was and still is a fine system. I was going to try to find a old copy of the
2.5 source code and update it, but most all copys I have found are hacked and 
have a buggy or two.
