      Title: Copycat Whole Foods Pimiento Cheese

      Yield: 1 Batch

      2 c  Cheese; grated
    1/4 c  Mayonnaise; chopped
    1/4 c  Fresh dill; chopped
      2 tb Red onion; chopped *
      2 tb Canned diced roasted
           -peppers; drained
      2 tb Chipotle pepper in adobo
           -sauce; chopped *

  * Leave out for less spicy version.

  My sister worked at 1st Whole Foods in Austin, TX; we played around
  with their recipe.

  I used to buy pimiento peppers in jars, but now I roast peppers in
  airfryer and freeze.
