How I see it:  Why does he have to turn it over for them to acomplish
anything? The only thing I see happening is the domain getting taken over
and him getting locked out of something he has likely paid to renew.  I
*do* believe that changes to the domain should be done in a cooperative
manner and that some plan should be in place for the domain to go back to a
trusted person in the unforutnate event he is not able to particpate in
Fidonet anymore.
