It sure would. I used to own two repeaters and a bunch of FM radios that I
used it on.

Well, it covers from 100kc to 600MHz all dialable in as little as 1hz steps
to 1mhz steps. It covers both AM, FM narrow/wide band. Of course it has an
output generator that can be controlled by simply dialing the amount of rf
required to do a tune up. It also has an input to an oscilloscope to show
the diviation settings on FM. Oh, and a Frequecny centering meter graduated
and switchable in three steps of 15, 10, 5hz...
Sometimes, I use it to listen to the local FM broadcast stations, just for
grins you understand.
