You can send them E-mail c/o their www.disney.com WWW site.

Multi-day passes are good forever, Length of Stay passes are not. What
type of pass do you have?

You can check out The Ultimate Disney Links Page and www.disney.com
and Deb Will's WDW Information Guide/Deb's Disney Digest WWW sites
for a culmination of this sort of information. For weather, try the
Weather Channel's WWW site. :-)

Be aware that Christmas through New Year's is _the_ busiest time of the
year at WDW, very very packed. No downtimes for any attractions but
Florida weather can get cold that time of year, so keep that in mind
if you are planning to swim. Bring the suits but if it's chilly that's
Mother Nature. ;-)
