It seems unlikely.  Watcom's new visual toolkit is licensed from Blue Sky,
and it is a Windows-only product.  Watcom's C++ class library is Microsoft
Foundation Classes, which is obviously never going to have an OS/2 version.

PC Week has an interesting article about their forthcoming BC++ 5.0, which
was supposed to have support for both MFC and OWL.  According to the
article, Microsoft is refusing to license MFC unless Borland agrees to drop
OWL, and Borland is refusing to do this.  This could get nasty.
