Comments by me were placed elsewhere, and ignored by Matt there.  Rather
than hash through this nonsense anymore, if you care to, see if you can
follow the thread backward to where Matt first brought up the Z1C echo - I
know of course the discussions of a particular Zone's admin echo are of no
great importance/interest/whatever to the international audience here,
however I do think Matt's one-sided representation of what was said or not
said by people in Z1C didn't belong in here either.
