Note that hitting Esc+A is equivalent to Alt+A, but you should release Esc
before you hit A.  And you have to be quick to hit A after the Esc.  If you
think 50 milliseconds isn't enough, adjust ESCDELAY in video_init() in
videounx.c appropriately and recompile.

There is a note in the TODO that says something to the effect of having the
configuration file set the ESCDELAY time, but I haven't got around to
writing code for that yet.
